All content produced by Ephemera Astrology — including natal chart readings, compatibility reports, career readings, and daily horoscopes — is provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice of any kind, including psychological, medical, financial, legal, or relationship advice. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on astrological content. By using Ephemera, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ephemera or make a purchase. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Purchases and payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

One-time purchases(Love compatibility, Friendship compatibility, Full natal deep-dive, Career & vocation) grant you access to a single generated report for the reading associated with your purchase.

Subscriptions (Daily horoscope, $5/month) renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any horoscope text, or by emailing hello@ephemerastrology.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy

Because our products are digitally delivered and generated uniquely for you, all sales are final once content has been delivered or generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

SMS messaging — Ephemera Astrology Daily Horoscope

Text message delivery is optional. If you check the SMS opt-in box when subscribing to the daily horoscope, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Ephemera Astrology at the mobile number you provide. If you leave the box unchecked, your daily horoscope and account information are delivered by email instead, and no text messages are sent. Your subscription delivers one personalized daily horoscope per day, based on your birth chart.

  • Message frequency: approximately 1 message per day.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@ephemerastrology.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

All readings and content generated by Ephemera are for your personal use only. You may share individual readings on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, republish, or distribute generated content commercially.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ephemera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ephemera Astrology's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ephemera after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
